Booking Terms and Conditions:

To secure your spot a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required when booking to secure your place.

Final payments are due December 1st, 2024. All bookings are final and are 100% non-refundable from final payment date to departure date. You can organise with us to transfer your deposit and/or final booking to someone else up until one week prior to the retreat start date at your own arrangement. 

This is an exclusive event and places are limited to 12 people. Please book early to claim your spot, and to have access to all room options.

Flights or other travel arrangements outside of the Retreat program, before, during, and after the retreat are not included. Additional food, drinks or additional services you’d like to add outside of our retreat inclusions are not included in the retreat price (room service for example).
